Sanctuary Re-Dedication St. John’s UCC in Lyons

St. John’s UCC in Lyons is having a Sanctuary Re-Dedication on Sunday December 2, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. The church is located at 4500 Prescott Avenue in Lyons, IL. Rev. John Thomas will be guest preacher.
Six months ago the building was severely damaged by an auto accident. Thanks to the faithful dedication and persistence of many individuals (both within the community and beyond their walls) they have survived and are ready to move into the future by re-dedicating their sacred space.
There will be a fundraiser dinner immediately following the service of worship. Proceeds will be put towards the building repair fun.
