DESCRIPTION:Below you will find the official call to the Western Association spring meeting\, scheduled for April 23\, 2016 at the Congregational UCC\, (2200 Willow Street) in Pekin.\n\nAlso included below is the proposed Constitution and By-laws which has been approved by the Western Association Council for vote at our spring meeting.  Please take time to read it through ahead of the vote that day.\n\nThe Pekin Congregational UCC and their pastor\, the Rev. Dr. Jerry Tupper\, are looking forward to being our hosts for the day.  The theme for the meeting is "Unleashing Our Mission" \, with guest speaker\, the Rev.
