DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nDear Members of the Western Association\,\n\nOn March 19\, the Association Council voted to not have an “in-person” Spring meeting of the Western Association due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  It was decided that our Association elections would be conducted through email (and the U.S. Mail).  This current update is your official call to that meeting.
