SUMMARY:PA/WA Joint Spring Meeting
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Delegates and Authorized Ministers of the Prairie Association and Western Association are called to a Joint 2023 Spring Meeting. The meeting will take place in the Dupree Center at Pilgrim Park Camp & Conference Center\, located at 26449 1340 N Ave\, Princeton\, IL 61356. The deadline to register is Sunday\, April 23rd. Registration information can be found below. The theme for the meeting is - Stronger Together: Creating the “ties that bind”\, Reinforcing the network of support\, and Weaving the wisdom that empowers.\n\nThis is a family friendly event. Children are welcome! There is no charge for children under 12. There will not be any child care provided\, but there will be kid-friendly activities available during the day including arts and crafts and an opportunity for archery and paddle boats (weather pending).\n\nEvent Schedule:\n9:30 AM - Registration & Refreshments\n10:00 AM - Opening Worship\n10:30 AM - Keynote\, ODM\, and Stewardship Presentations\n11:00 AM - Business Meetings\n12:00 PM - Lunch\n1:00 PM - Breakout Sessions\n3:00 PM - Closing Prayers\n\nWestern Association Specific Information:\n\n\tThere will be a short business meeting for the Western Association. Documents for your review were sent through Constant Contact.\n\tThe Leonhart grant will cover $15 of your registration fee.\n\nRegistration Information:\nRegistration is being done online through Realm. Registration is $35 per person and includes the cost of lunch. Please specify your dietary preference/needs during registration.\n\n\tYou can pay online directly when registering (choose "Pay Now") or you can pay by check in person on April 29th (choose "Pay In-Person").\n\tPlease make checks payable to "Illinois Conference" and include "PA/WA Spring Meeting" in the memo line.\n\nThe deadline to register is Sunday\, April 23rd.\n\nYou will receive a confirmation via e-mail once you have registered. If you need assistance registering\, please contact the Conference Office (708-344-4470) and talk to Sarah.
